A Former Assistant To Comedian Ron White Has Denied Allegations He Embezzled More Than $400,000 (£250,000) From The Funnyman, Insisting He Always Acted With His Employer's Approval.
White launched a lawsuit earlier this month (Sep15) accusing Brendan Vaughn, who was hired as an aide for his wife Margo, of using a credit card given to him by the couple to pay for trips to hotels and nightclubs, clothing purchases, and monthly payments on a car.
However, Vaughn has now hit back, insisting every penny he spent from White's account was approved by the comedian.
He tells TMZ.com that he was given full authority to write cheques and that Margo White was aware of every purchase he made and never raised any objection.
Vaughn is also adamant he did not spend any of the couple's money unnecessarily and that every purchase was related to his work for them.
