Rockers Sue Clothing Firm Over Trademark Infringement
US rockers the OXES have filed a lawsuit against clothing company Old Navy for trademark infringement. They claim the US high street chain stole an idea from one of their marketing flyers for a T-shirt line. The group is also urging fans to boycott Old Navy until the issue is resolved. The Oxes attorney CARMEN GIORDANO says, "This is indefensible... The connection is completely contrary to their fiercely anti-establishment philosophy."
