Rochelle Wiseman 'Had To Have' Vera Wang Dress

Rochelle Wiseman ''had'' to have a Vera Wang dress for her wedding to Marvin Humes.

The Saturdays beauty - who said her vows in front of her bandmates, friends and family at Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire, England, on Friday (27.07.12) - admits her gown was the first thing she thought of when the JLS hunk proposed to her in December 2011.

She said: ''It had to be Vera Wang. Marvin proposed two days into a ten-day holiday and I was itching to get back so I could go and find my dress.

''To me, Vera Wang's designs are the ultimate. I knew I'd find my dream dress in her collection and I did.''

Rochelle bought the first dress she tried on, despite being forced to sample other gowns.

She added to Britain's HELLO! magazine: ''It was the first one I tried on. The assistants made me try on others, but I was so half-hearted I didn't bother to do them up properly because I knew - I just knew - I'd found the one.''

The 23-year-old singer found the price of the event did keep rising, but Marvin - who was joined by his JLS bandmates for the wedding - did not want to stop his future wife from having anything she wanted.

She added: ''The budget crept up and up because I kept adding elements to the day. Whenever Marvin got a bit cross about it, I'd make with the puppy dog eyes and he'd go, 'No, babe, don't give me that face!' ''
