Robinson Divorces Hudson
BLACK CROWES star CHRIS ROBINSON has filed for divorce from his estranged wife KATE HUDSON, and called in BRITNEY SPEARS' attorney LAURA WASSER to fight for custody of his son RYDER.
The high-powered divorce lawyer filed papers in Los Angeles yesterday (17NOV06) citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind the divorce, which will end her client's six-year marriage to actress Hudson.
Robinson is seeking joint custody of his two-year-old son, but is not seeking spousal support as part of the financial settlement.
The couple announced their separation this summer (AUG06).
