Roberts Suffered Minor Seizure
Actor TONY ROBERTS collapsed in the middle of a Broadway performance on Sunday (04Oct09) after suffering a seizure.
The Annie Hall star was onstage for a preview showing of The Royal Family when he became ill and the play was halted while Roberts was sent to a New York hospital.
Audience members feared the actor had suffered a stroke as he began speaking incoherently, but Roberts' daughter Nicole confirms he actually had a minor seizure.
The star is now "feeling great" and taking medication in the hope of returning to the production, which is scheduled to officially open on Thursday (08Oct09).
