Robert Pattinson - Robert Pattinson Strips Down For Cosmopolis Trailer

Robert Pattinson, like Daniel Radcliffe after 'Harry Potter,' will undoubtedly be keen to prove he's more than a one-trick pony following the huge success of the 'Twilight Saga' films. However Pattinson has one thing Radcliffe doesn't have - astounding good looks - which means that even the most serious of films featuring him will likely cause everyone to swoon if he does anything remotely sexy like, say, taking his top off.
He does just such a thing in the new trailer for his forthcoming appearance in new film 'Cosmopolis.' The film has far more than R-Patz buff bod in it though, being directed as it is by much-lauded director David Cronenberg - he of 'The Fly' fame. No E! Online reckons that Cannes Film Festival will be looking to get the first official screening of the film in April, with its official release date on May 23rd 2012.
Talking of his leading man, Cronenberg commented "He's a very serious actor. He wants to be great and takes the trouble to try and be great," adding with more praise, "What he does in [Cosmopolis] will lay that question to rest, which a lot of people who are skeptical of 'Twilight' are asking." Praiseworthy indeed; though we were finding it hard to listen, we've not taken our eyes off his torso yet.

not a Daniel's fan but i find the "doesn't have RP's good look" remark rude. it's sad that critics are so concentrated on these actors' look. they have more than just a body, you know... though Robert's beauty doesn't hurt, who am i to disagree:)..and btw, Robert Pattinson has become a superstar before anyone saw him undressed
