Robert Pattinson - Robert Pattinson Had Late Night Argument With Adele

Pattinson explained, "Actually I had this argument with Adele, which is probably the most ridiculous thing I've ever said. I was saying, "you know, you can really just like reach for it," and she was like, 'you do realise I am like the biggest selling-female artist ever?' And I just for some reason just decided to get into an argument with her". When the host asked, "How does that happen - at two o'clock in the morning somewhere?", Pattinson continued, "Yeah, and then waking up and kind of really, really regretting every word I said". The actor later explained by 'reach for it', he meant in a 'reach for the stars' kind of way. Pattinson and his girlfriend Kristen Stewart were caught in a rare public embrace at the Cannes Film Festival last month. The pair were in France to promote their movies 'Cosmopolis' and 'Snow White and the Huntsman' respectively.

Pattinson is continuing his post-Twilight movie career, and received excellent reviews for his performance in Cronenberg's latest movie, based on the classic novel by Don DeLillo.
