Robbie Williams - Robbie Williams Wants Baby To Have British Passport
Singer Robbie Williams insisted on returning to his native U.K. ahead of the impending birth of his first child because he wants the baby to have a British passport.
The Angels hitmaker has lived in Los Angeles for years, but the star and his heavily-pregnant wife Ayda Field have jetted back to England for the arrival of their daughter.
Williams reveals he wanted his first-born to have official British documentation, but admits the couple is still unsure where to live in the long-term.
He tells Bbc Radio One, "I want the baby to have an English passport, but we're still figuring out where we're gonna (sic) live."
The singer, whose baby is due this month (Sep12), admits he is ready to go to hospital with his wife at a moment's notice.
During the interview on Monday morning (10Sep12), Williams added, "I'm going to be a dad any moment now, it could happen while I'm sat here. The bags are packed and we've worked out the fastest route to hospital. All I need is the internet and a computer for the birth!"
