Heavy rain lashed the final day of the event in Balado, but the band refused to let the bad weather halt their gig and took to the stage as planned.

Cuomo donned a yellow poncho tossed to him by a gig-goer, but embraced the bad weather by jumping off stage to greet fans in the crowd.

And he delighted the audience by performing a full-length body slide in the mud as he sang their hit Troublemaker, according to Scotland's Daily Record.

Sunday's headlining act the Foo Fighters also refused to let the weather disrupt their set - Grohl leaped into the pit during My Hero and declared: "We'll play tonight for as long as they'll let us."

He added, "This is the rock and roll show right here."
