Rihanna Takes Aim At Opinionated Blogger

Rihanna has fired off at one Internet blogger who bashed the R&B beauty for refusing to continue her court-imposed restraining order against ex-boyfriend Chris Brown earlier this year (11).

The Umbrella hitmaker allowed the order to expire and agreed with a judge that Brown had been punished enough for his attack on her in 2009.

But not everyone was happy with her decision and one blogger, Sandra Rose, called it "a disgrace".

Rihanna has used a new Rolling Stone interview to hit back at the opinionated writer, insisting, "A lot of people get so brave behind the computer screen."

The singer rages, "When she's jumping to conclusions about my personal decision, it really p**sed me off. That's my decision. You don't make that decision for me."

And the star insists the relaxing of the restraining order does not mean she has any plans to get back together with her ex.

She adds, "It doesn't mean we're gonna be in a relationship, or make up, or even talk ever again... We don't have to talk again ever in my life. I just didn't want to make it more difficult for him professionally."

Under the terms of the original order, Brown had to stay at least 100 yards away from Rihanna after pleading guilty to assaulting her. That meant there were awards shows and functions he simply could not attend.

Now that Rihanna has come out with her S&M Video, where she sings about how much she likes pain, and the long interview with Rolling Stone where she talked about how much she enjoys being slapped around, I wonder why Chris Brown was charged in the first place. He was only giving her what she wanted.

Rihanna made a mature and selfless decision to not futher pursue the restraining order against Chris Brown. Abuse, whether physical, emotional, or verbal, is always heartbreaking to be subjected to. However; it has been approximatley 2 years since Chris was charged with attacking Rihanna, and I would expect that he has sought treatment for his behaviour; therfore, it would be pointless and unfair that his profession should continue to suffer (forever) because of the biased and illogical thinking of certain persons. Again, kudos to Rihanna for taking the high road and being able to move on; now others need to allow her to do JUST that. Being a victim of violence does not by any means obligate anyone to becoming becoming a lifelong postergirl/crusader against it. There are those who fight their battles privately and with dignity.

This matter should have never gone public once Chris opted out of a "public jury trial!" Rihanna could have stopped this madness & puublic "lynching" of them both had she simply filed a "cease & desist order" when her battered pictue was illegally posted @TMZ! The other blogger that followed very wrongful act would have been fined out of business!!
