The We Found Love hitmaker adopted top trainer Harley Pasternak's Five Factor Diet at the beginning of the year (12) in a bid to stay in shape and lose a few pounds, but admits she gave it up because her schedule made it impossible to eat the way she should.

She says, "The Five Factor Diet has gone straight out the window ever since I went on tour. It's difficult to have any kind of routine when your schedule is that crazy."

But rather than pile on the pounds with junk food and late-night feasts, the singer continues to lose weight.

She tells Los Angeles radio presenter Ryan Seacrest, "I really have no idea how I'm continually losing weight. It's actually pretty annoying because now I don't have a butt and no boobs.

"People think I'm not eating. I'm eating and I'm eating, like, MCDonald's at 3am and it's an issue."
