Rihanna Spent Father's Day In Hospital With Sick Gran
Rihanna spent America's Father's Day on Sunday (17Jun12) in hospital visiting her sick grandmother.
The R&B star has stalled a visit to the U.K. so she can spend more time in New York with family members - and on Sunday she enjoyed quality time with her "Gran Gran Dolly," who is currently battling cancer.
As she has in the past, Rihanna documented her visit on Twitter.com, and posted playful photos of her with her grandmother online.
Spending Father's Day with her ailing relative was a bittersweet experience for the Umbrella singer, who wrote, "My heart smiled and cried all at once."
