Plan B stayed in second place, with American soft rockers Maroon 5 rising one to three.

Emeli Sande's 'Our Version Of Events' was at number four, but the smart money may well be on that to change for the better next week in light of the Scottish singer's prominent appearance at last night's Olympic closing ceremony, which was watched by millions.
