Rihanna - Rihanna Embarrassed By Mother's Ashton Kutcher Joke

At the Time 100 Gala yesterday (April 24, 2012), Rihanna attended the celebrations with her mother, Monica Braithwaite. Unfortunately for Rhi-Rhi, her mother decided to take the star-studded event as an opportunity to crack a joke about the fictional relationship that Rihanna was reported to have been having with Demi Moore's ex, Ashton Kutcher. The R&B star is pretty much off the hook with that allegation, now that tabloid attentions have turned to Ashton's apparent romance with the actress Mila Kunis.

Luckily for Mama RhiRhi, her daughter saw the funny side and posted a jokey message on Twitter saying "Well....2nt consisted of us singing Bob Marley, drinkin Vintage Scotch, and my mom thinkin a joke abt Kutcher was appropriate! Thxtime100." Earlier on, she had posted a picture of her, together with her mum, saying "Mumz surprised me for Time 100." Rihanna was named on the list of influential people, alongside Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. She performed live at the event, which was held at the Lincoln Centre, New York. She wore a pink Vivienne Westwood gown to the gala and later changed it for a gold and silver brocade trouser outfit.
