The Type of Way hitmaker alleges bosses at Think It's A Game Entertainment owe him $2 million (GBP1.25 million) from sales of several albums.
He also claims they misappropriated $159,500 (GBP99,688) in funds for a real estate project in Atlanta, Georgia and held on to $550,000 (GBP343,750) from a distribution deal with executives at Def Jam linked to hit album Type of Way, according to TMZ.com.
