Rhys-davies Hit With Massive Tax Bill
Lord Of The Rings star John Rhys-davies is facing a massive tax bill in the U.S. over allegations he owes more than $1.5 million (£937,500).
Internal Revenue Service (Irs) bosses filed a tax lien against the Welsh actor with the Los Angeles County Recorder of Deeds last month (Jul11).
The papers, obtained by The Detroit News, suggest the Indiana Jones star owes $1,021,539 (£638,461) in unpaid taxes. Rhys-Davies is also said to owe $506,746 (£316,716) dating back to a 2006 tax bill.
