Report - Hudson Suspect Admits Involvement In Murders?
LATEST: The main suspect in the murders of JENNIFER HUDSON's mother, brother and nephew allegedly told his girlfriend he was involved in the killings, according to U.S. reports.
William Balfour, who was married to the Oscar winner's sister Julia, has also reportedly admitted being in the family home the day Hudson's relatives were killed.
Balfour was arrested last month (Oct08), following the grisly murders, and held by police on a parole violation. He is scheduled to appear before the Illinois State Parole Review Board on Monday (10Nov08) - and will walk away a free man if there isn't enough evidence to charge him with a parole violation or murder.
But the latest revelations, reported in the Chicago Tribune newspaper, could mean Balfour is charged with the killings.
No other suspects have been named in connection with the deaths.
The Dreamgirls star's mother Darnell Donerson, and brother, Jason, were found shot dead at their home in Chicago on 24 October (08). The body of the singer/actress' seven-year-old nephew, Julian King, was found in an abandoned car three days later.
Chicago police refused to comment on the newspaper's claims as WENN went to press.
