Rebecca Romijn won't tell her twin daughters who was born first.

The former 'Ugly Betty' actress - whose fraternal twins Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip with her husband Jerry O'Connell are 17-months-old tomorrow - will never discuss their times of birth because she doesn't want them to bicker about who is older and better.

She told LilSugar.com: "This may sound strange, but Jerry and I decided before they were born - I had a c-section so they both came out at the same time - that they wouldn't know which one was born first.

"Technically one did come out first, but we feel like a lot of twins get to brag, 'I was born five minutes earlier. I was born first,' and the truth is they shared the womb.

"On their birth certificates they were born in the same minute."

At the moment, the 37-year-old beauty is looking forward to watching her daughters develop as individuals.

She said: "They are both extremely strong-willed and neither of them seems to be in charge of the other at all. They are young and developing . their relationship with each other so they don't need to know that information."
