Reading Festival Bosses Issue Drugs Warning
24 August 2012The event, which takes place in two cities in England, kicks off on Friday (24Aug12) and will be headlined by The Cure, Kasabian, and Foo Fighters.
But bosses of the festival have issued a warning to ticket-holders to steer clear of drugs over the weekend after some rogue ketamine was discovered amid reports two people attending the Leeds leg of the event were taken ill.
In a post on Twitter.com, the organisers write, "Beware! There is contaminated ketamine on site. Do not bring, take or buy any drugs on site. Be safe and enjoy the great line up!"
