Ratings Same Old, Same Old ...
With the exception of ABC's telecast of the Country Music Association Awards last week, the list of top ratings winners for the week looked pretty much the way it has looked throughout the season. The CMA Awards attracted more than 17 million viewers and came in eighth among viewers overall. Once again Sunday Night Football headed the list, with 22.3 million viewers, but CBS's NCIS was not far behind in second place with 21 million viewers. CBS finished the week in first place with a 7.2 rating and a 12 share. ABC came in second with a 7.0/11. Thanks to football, NBC moved up to third place with a 5.1/8, edging out Fox with a 4.8/8.
