Tyga - Rapper Tyga Sued By Landlord
Rapper Tyga is facing legal action from his landlord over allegations he has fallen behind on his rent.
The hip-hop star signed a one-year contract in June (12) to pay $16,000 (£10,000) a month to rent his mansion in Malibu, California, but the landlord, Gholamreza Rezai, claims he stopped making payments last month (Sep12).
Rezai alleges Tyga - real name Michael Nguyen-Stevenson - asked to leave the property at the end of September (12) after fans showed up on his doorstep, but the landlord refused to break the lease agreement, according to Tmz.com.
The legal papers suggest Tyga failed to hand over rent for September (12), but continues to live at the house.
Rezai is demanding the rent payments plus damages, while he also wants to have the star removed from the property.
