Rapper Jovan Clayton has been sentenced to four months in jail after pleading no contest to receiving stolen property.
The Rej3ctz star, who uses the stage name Pee Wee, was arrested in April (14) following accusations that he had taken more than $2,000 (£1,177) worth of alcohol and personal items from revellers at Los Angeles nightclub 1Oak.
Clayton was charged with three counts of receiving stolen goods, but prosecutors agreed to drop two of the charges in exchange for the rapper pleading no contest to one count, editors at Tmz.com report.
Court documents seen by staff at the website say Clayton was handed a 120-day prison sentence, which will be followed by three years probation, and the hip-hop star has until 18 August (14) to surrender to police.
Corgan took to Instagram to confirm rumours of new Pumpkins material, saying the first songs could arrive as early as May.
