Rapper Capone was arrested in New Jersey on Wednesday (05Sep12) for allegedly failing to settle unpaid child support.
The former Capone-N-Noreaga star was taken into custody at his home over claims he neglected to hand over more than $160,000 (Gbp100,000) in payments over the last eight years for the care of his 12-year-old daughter.
According to the New York Post, the star, real name Kiam Holley, was released on a $10,000 (Gbp6,250) bond and ordered to limit his travel plans.
Speaking outside the court, the 36 year old said, "It is what it is. I know it looks bad on paper, but I take care of my daughter."
