Randy Quaid And Wife Lose $500,000 Bail After Court No Show

The 60-year-old actor and his wife were scheduled to attend a court hearing at the Santa Barbara Superior Court on felony vandalism charges, but they did now show, and a warrant has been issued for the arrest Mrs Quaid. The judge agreed to delay issuing a warrant for Randy until November 16th 2010 in order to ascertain whether or not the actor will show for his Canadian immigration proceeding next week.

The couple's lawyer ROBERT SANGER told the judge that Evi did not appear in court because she didn't want to leave her husband alone. The Quaids, who were arrested on suspicion of illegally squatting in a guest house last month, have said that they are on the run from 'Hollywood star whackers' intent on killing them. In September 2009, they were accused of defrauding an innkeeper of more than $10,000.
