Ramsay Annoyed By American Customs
British celebrity chef GORDON RAMSAY found himself infuriated by American customs and traditions when he opened a restaurant in New York last year (06).
The culinary star was infuriated by many US-exclusive quirks - and refused to serve customers turkey on Thanksgiving in protest.
He says, "I didn't come to New York to do f**king turkey."
And the foul-mouthed chef admits he found well-meaning strangers who wished him 'happy holidays' over the Christmas period annoying.
He explains, "I was thinking, 'No, it's not f**king happy holidays. I'm over here to work my f**king a**e off."
