The parties negotiated a $10 million settlement just hours before Rachel was due to hold a tell-all news conference about her relations with the golfer. The confidentiality contract prohibited the 36-year-old from talking about Tiger, with the agreement also stated she would return the money if for any reason she violated the terms. Several months ago, Tiger's lawyer Jay Lavely contacted Gloria and notified her Uchitel had violated the terms after appearing on 'Celebrity Rehab' to treat her "addiction to love". Gloria struck a deal with Lavely for Rachel to return the majority of the settlement money, something the nightclub manager now believes was unfair. She is now considering legal action against Allred, but the lawyer's firm said, "Our law firm no longer represents Ms. Uchitel and we have no comment on this story at this time. However, we are confident that we have always acted appropriately and in her best interests".

Rachel Uchitel was one of several women who came forward claiming they had flings with Tiger Woods while he was still married to Elin Nordegren. The allegations resulted in the golfer divorcing from his wife.
