R. Kelly's Tax Woes Worsen

R. Kelly 's tax troubles appear to be worsening after officials in Illinois accused the singer of owing another $1.4 million (£875,000) in unpaid bills.
The I Believe I Can Fly hitmaker is already facing a federal income tax bill amounting to more than $4.8 million (£3 million) from officials at America's Internal Revenue Service (Irs), dating back to 2005.
He is in the process of "working everything out", but he has been dealt another blow after officials in Illinois filed documents alleging the star owes another $1.4 million for the year 2011, according to Tmz.com.
A representative for Kelly says, "He takes this very seriously and is already communicating with the Irs about the payment process to quickly resolve the issue."
