Quincy Jones - Quincy Jones Testifies In Joe Francis/steve Wynn Battle

The legendary producer was called to testify in an ongoing court battle between the Girls Gone Wild founder and Las Vegas gambling mogul Wynn, after Francis claimed to have shown the correspondence to Jones, who is his neighbour.

Jones had initially been excused from giving evidence on medical grounds, but he agreed to appear in court briefly for Wynn's lawyers on Thursday (06Sep12), and insisted that he had seen no such email detailing plans for a hit on Francis' life.

Wynn denies he made any threats and is suing Francis for damage to his reputation and emotional distress.

The pair has been at war since 2009, when Wynn started chasing the soft porn boss for an alleged $2 million (£1.2 million) gambling debt.
