Queen Invites Cast To Castle
The cast of the critically acclaimed movie THE QUEEN has been given the royal seal of approval from Queen Elizabeth II and have been invited to lunch at Buckingham Palace.
Director Stephen Frears, writer Peter Morgan, producer ANDY HARRIES and star DAME Helen Mirren have been asked to set aside a date for lunch by the queen's private secretary, ROBIN JANVRIN.
It's not clear whether Queen Elizabeth will be present to meet the makers of the film.
Sources close to the monarch say she has seen the film and that she was "amused".
