Prometheus sequel script is being written
Noomi Rapace has revealed work has begun on the 'Prometheus' sequel.
The actress starred in last year's sci-fi smash - alongside Michael Fassbender, Guy Pearce, Idris Elba, Logan Marshall-Green and Charlize Theron - and she is thrilled the follow-up script is currently being written because she is keen to work with director Sir Ridley Scott again.
She told The Playlist: ''They're working on the script. I met Ridley in London a couple of weeks ago. I would love to work with him again and I know that he would like to do another one. It's just like we need to find the right story. I hope we will.''
Although she admits filming the first movie was physically very tough, she says it was an amazing experience just working alongside the famed director.
She said: ''I love working with Ridley. It was pure joy. It was really hard work sometimes. My body was a complete mess - I had bruises and cuts and emotionally I was a bit slammed. But being in his world and his universe was such an amazing experience.''
The 'Prometheus' sequel is currently set for a 2014 or, more likely, 2015 release date.
