Charles - Prince Charles Guest Editing Beloved British Countryside Show
British royal Charles, Prince Of Wales is making a move into Tv to guest edit a special edition of a beloved show which celebrates the best of the U.K.'s countryside.
Queen Elizabeth Ii's eldest son will oversee an episode of the Bbc's Countryfile to mark the series' 25th anniversary.
As part of the programme, the prince will meet rural workers and also visit an inner-city school to help teach young students how to grow vegetables.
Countryfile's executive editor Bill Lyons says, "It's our 25th anniversary - we were looking for a special way to mark that and (the prince) was very much up for that.
"We'd heard a rumour that Countryfile might have some viewers in very high places and as it turned out, Prince Charles was very warm to the idea of joining us."
Prince Charles is famously a fan of agriculture and the countryside - he owns an organic farm in Gloucestershire, England, which sells products in selected stores across the U.K.
