Will Smith - Prank-loving Reporter Arrested For Interrupting Adele's Grammy Win
12 February 2013The man who received a slap from Will Smith after attempting to kiss him at the Russian premiere of Men In Black Iii was arrested on Sunday (10Feb13) for gatecrashing Adele's Grammy Award-winning moment.
Vitalii Sediuk has been identified as the prankster who stepped up to the microphone as Adele was making her way to the stage to claim her Best Pop Solo Performance from Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull.
The Ukrainian reporter and publicity grabber managed to mumble a congratulations to the singer before Lopez brushed him aside and then watched as he walked off the stage behind her.
Sediuk reportedly made his way past security at the event at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and took up a seat in the second row, which had been allocated to a tardy Adam Levine. He then jumped onstage when Adele won.
He was detained by security shortly after his prank and arrested, reports The Hollywood Reporter. He is due in court on trespassing charges next month (Mar13).
