British singer/songwriter P.J. HARVEY is moving into the theatre world - she has written the music for a new Broadway production. Harvey's score for a new production of Henrik Ibsen play Hedda Gabler debuts in New York this week (begs25Jan09).
And the 39-year-old reveals she is fulfilling a longheld ambition.
Harvey tells the New York Daily News, "I've wanted to do theatre or film music since I first began writing music. I've just never been approached before."
