Pitt Picks Up Guys Choice Honour, Pokes Fun At Gibson

BRAD PITT poked fun at fellow movie star MEL GIBSON at the Spike TV Guys Choice Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday night (30May09) - by referencing the BRAVEHEART star's 2006 drink driving arrest during his Hall of Fame induction speech.
Gibson opened the show at Sony Studios by riding onstage on horseback, wearing a Viking helmet, to present Pitt, Edward Norton and director David Fincher with the Discretionary Guy Movie Hall of Fame Award for their work on cult film Fight Club.
But Pitt, dressed casually in a biker jacket and jeans, had the last laugh when he stepped up to collect the prize and stated, "Thanks, sugar t**s!"
Gibson reportedly called a female police officer sugar t**s shortly after his DUI arrest.
Pitt's partner Angelina Jolie was also a winner at the awards show - she beat Charlize Theron in the Hottest Femme Fatale category, but was not present to pick up her accolade.
Other winners included Metallica, who were named Ballsiest Band.
The ceremony will be televised in America on 21 June (09).
