Peter Andre Won't Accept Brother's Cancer Diagnosis
Peter Andre refuses to accept his brother's terminal cancer diagnosis.
The reality TV star's sibling Andrew is battling liver cancer and Peter has flown him to London so he can receive the best treatment available.
Peter said: ''I can't face thinking the worst. I refuse to. I can't face life without my brother, so I won't let myself think about that.
''We started off thinking the worst, but now we will not let that enter our minds.
''At first all the doctors were honest with us. They said, 'You know you can't cure this, eventually the inevitable will happen.'
''I'm sorry but b******s to that. That's not happening on our watch.''
Peter - who has three other brothers and one sister - has extended his house so Andrew can stay with him while he is being treated at London's Royal Marsden Hospital, but admits the ordeal has had a huge impact on him.
He added to heat magazine: ''When I was told the diagnosis, I was horrified, so shocked, and I broke down. The Tears were just rolling down my face and I've cried every day since. It's been a hellish few weeks. Every time I feel low or down, I feel like such a selfish b*****d. I tell myself to snap out of it and think about what my brother is going through.''
Peter, 39, also said his devotion to his brother has put a stop to any chance of a relationship with rumoured girlfriend Polly Parsons.
He added: ''I really can't get into a relationship right now. I know it sounds strange, but I feel guilty being happy. It doesn't feel right.''
