Peter Andre - Peter Andre Launching Legal Action Over Twitter Abuse

The Mysterious Girl hitmaker is frequently subjected to torrents of abuse on the microblogging website, and now he's hitting back by putting together a team of lawyers to hunt down the culprits.

He tells British magazine Fabulous, "There are these people out there who just say the most horrendous things about my family, about me, and it's so awful that it does start to get inside your head and pull you down... It was a certain group of people doing it on Twitter and it got to me.

"I could feel myself being pulled down by it, going into a depression... In the case of these weak, pathetic people who don't even have the courage to put their real names on their evil messages, you don't even have the power to confront them.

"I wasn't going to let that stop me, though. I'm starting a legal battle. My lawyers will be able to find out who these people were making up these lies. And I will take legal action against them."
