Pete Doherty - Pete Doherty's Mother Warns Off His Girlfriends

The Libertines star, who famously romanced supermodel Kate Moss, has revealed his mum, Jacqueline, insists on having candid chats with his partners and urges them to dump the troubled musician.

He tells Britain's Sunday Times Magazine, "Everytime I introduce her to a girlfriend, whoever it is, whether it's a Morrisons (supermarket) check-out girl or a supermodel, she takes them aside and says, 'Get away from him. He's bad news. Just get away.'"

Doherty, who has battled drug problems for many years, split from Moss in 2007 after a two-year relationship. He has a son with singer Lisa Moorish and was reportedly engaged to model Irina Lazareanu.
