Peaches Geldof's puppy can't stop farting, engulfing her room in a "gas cloud."

The pregnant socialite is besotted with her three-month-old golden retriever pup, which she has aptly named Parper, but while he has some cute mannerisms, he also has problems controlling his gasses.

Peaches - who is engaged to rocker Tom Cohen - tweeted: "My puppy Parper does this thing in the morning where he runs up to me and Tom in our bed which is floor-level, & gives us an actual hug! (sic)

"He sort of stumbles ovr half-asleep & rly gently licks our faces 2 try 2 wake us up then falls asleep again actually hugging us w/ his paws! (sic)

"Parper is almost 3 months now, he loves to eat & he's gonna be a Big Boy. X (sic)"

She later added: "Honestly wish Parper would stop living up to his name though. My room is like a GAS CLOUD because of him!!! x (sic)"

Peaches is also preparing for the arrival of her first child, a boy, in April and admitted going on an online shopping spree at English baby store Mothercare.

She tweeted: "I didn't know a person could spend literally 9 hours on the@mothercareuk website absolutely loving it but apparently so! #guiltypleasures(sic)"

She then wrote: "As you can see I love the cute animal outfits!x (sic)," and posted links to a Fluffy Leopard Snowsuit and a Boys Giraffe Dress Up set.
