It won't be long until all parents refuse to wound their child. Cutting off parts of someone else's penis and shutting down a portion of somoone else's sensory system should not be an option.
Good for them. Everyone should be able to decide for themselves whether or not they want parts of their genitals cut off.And good luck to the new family!
