The Mexican singer wed Nicolas Vallejo-Nagera in April, 2007, but rumours about the status of the couple's relationship began surfacing late last year (11).

Now the Spanish businessman reveals they have been living apart since November (11), a year after they became first-time parents to a son named Nicolas.

He tells Spain's Hola! magazine, "It has been a decision by both of us, though it's possible that I have been more firm when it came to carrying it out.

"I have the feeling there is no going back."
