Pauley Perrette's Ex Charged Over Restraining Order Violation
Pauley Perrette's rocker ex-husband has been charged with violating a restraining order the Ncis star won against him.
Francis 'Coyote' Shivers has been slapped with one count of violating a court order and one count of probation violation. He faces 18 months behind bars if convicted.
Shivers was arrested last month (Mar12) after showing up at a Los Angeles sushi restaurant where Perrette and her fiance, aspiring actor Thomas Arklie, were having dinner and an argument broke out.
The guitarist, who is currently on probation for sending harassing emails to Perrette's lawyer, maintains the encounter was a coincidence, reports Tmz.com.
Perrette was married to Shivers from 2000 until 2004.
