Paul Rudd Heading To Broadway

Actor Paul Rudd is returning to Broadway this autumn (12) in a new production of Grace.

The Knocked Up star will play a wide-eyed entrepreneur, who moves to Florida to open a chain of Gospel-themed motels with his girlfriend, set to be portrayed by actress Kate Arrington.

The cast of the dark comedy, penned by Academy Award-winning writer Craig Wright, will be rounded out by Oscar nominee Michael Shannon, who will play an agitated neighbour, and TV icon Ed Asner, who will serve as an exterminator.

Grace is due to open at The Cort Theatre on 4 October (12), with reviews beginning on 13 September (12).

Rudd first made his Big Apple stage debut in William Shakespeare's Twelfth Night in 1998, 14 years ago.
