Sir Paul Mccartney - Paul Mccartney Revisits The '60s For Magical Mystery Tour Release

A digitally remastered version of the Fab Four's surreal 1967 bus-trip film is to be released on Dvd later this year (12), complete with surround sound, deleted scenes, outtakes, and a book of previously unseen photographs.

The special edition also contains a commentary from MCCartney, in which he details his memories of the shoot and his personal insight into the film.

Introducing the movie, he says, "Ladies and gentlemen, what you are about to see is the product of our imaginations and believe me, at this point they are quite vivid."

The restored version of Magical Mystery Tour will hit stores in October (12).
