TWILIGHT hunk ROBERT PATTINSON asked a sexy fan to strip for him as a joke - and was stunned when she started peeling off her clothes.

The Brit has learned he has to watch what he says in front of his dedicated followers - because they'll take him at his word.

In a taped interview with chat show host Ellen DeGeneres, which will air in America on Thursday (19Nov09), the 23-year-old actor admits he was taken aback when one girl started undressing in front of him at an autograph-signing session.

He recalls, "I kind of got bored... She asked, 'How can I get your attention?' I was like, 'Just take your clothes off.'

"She stood there and frantically started taking her clothes off and got dragged out of the room by security. I never felt more terrible."
