Half the profits of Paris Jackson's movie debut will help U.S. schools fund arts and sports projects.
The actress daughter of the late Michael Jackson will make her film debut in Lundon's Bridge and The Three Keys and the teenager admits she signed up for the project when she learned it would benefit kids just like her.
Making her first solo TV interview appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in America on Thursday (15Dec11), she explained, "Fifty per cent of the profits... they go back to schools. I know there are a lot of schools that aren't as fortunate as my school - and even my school is struggling with a few sports things, like, we can't afford a high school football team.
"I know a lot of schools, they can't afford, like, performing arts... and that's the fun part of school... That makes it just boring."
