Paris Jackson Moved By Cirque Du Soleil's Michael Show

Michael Jackson's new Cirque Du Soleil show in Las Vegas brought his daughter Paris to tears when she first saw it, because it reminded her of happy days when the Neverland Ranch was her home.

Jackson and his kids vacated the sprawling estate in Santa Barbara, California after police raided it looking for clues to convict the King of Pop as a child molester in 2004.

But the Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour spectacle, which opened at the Mandalay Bay over the weekend (03Dec11), brought back happy memories for the teen.

She tells news show Access Hollywood, "All of the acts are just completely amazing and very creative. I love the gates of Neverland. When I first saw that, it brought tears to my eyes. It was amazing. I grew up in Neverland, and it’s just like, bringing back memories."

And she insists her dad would have loved the show: "He would have been proud, and he would have loved to be here to see it."

Jackson died in 2009.

I saw the show in Vegas on Dec. 4th and thought that Michael would have loved it so much. Why did you have to taint this article about his beautiful daughter's memories with ugly tabloid headlines. Nobody believes this crap anymore about child molestation charges. The facts show it was extortion. All the facts should be stated if you are going to go there. I'm done with the innuendo and insinuation that is attached to Mr. Jackson's name and now to his innocent daughter's name. Shameful!

Agreed with the others that it is fine to mention Paris' comment on the show but if the raid was brought up in realted to Neverland, the verdict that Michael was found not guilty and acquitted all charges should also be stated. Why would contactmusic hide the fact? Is that their way to lead readers to think negatively?

Typical trash media tactic. Start with a positive headline (Paris Loves Show) to draw attention, then -- Bam! -- throw dirt in the reader's face. Big Media (and all its spawn and ugly little bots) is a menace to public health.

What a disgusting mess of an article. Did you have to reference the disgusting overkill of 70 law enforcement members raiding and defiling Neverland for non-existent evidence. Especially, there is no reference to the fact that Michael Jackson was found not guilty on all 14 counts against him. The charges were brought by a corrupt, vindictive and glory seeking DA who planted evidence and even changed the date of the alleged "crime" since the original date did not work as Jackson was out of the country. That should be the real story: Extortion and corrupt law enforcement. It is most inappropriate in a story that references Jackson's 13 year old daughter. Tell me how to get to be a writer for Constant Contact as it should be easy as there is little regard for truth, skill or real content.
