Paltrow's Fears Over 'Casting Couch' Culture
Gwyneth Paltrow is convinced a 'casting couch' culture still exists in Hollywood and fears many young women are exploited as they attempt to carve out a career in the movie industry.
The Iron Man star recently admitted she was propositioned during her early years as an actress when an unnamed associate suggested she "finish a meeting in the bedroom".
She has now spoken out over fears that young girls in Hollywood are still suffering similar experiences.
Paltrow tells Access Hollywood, "I think it's always happened and think it probably always will happen unfortunately. It's just important to know who you are and how to tell some to f**k off."
