Orbital - Orbital & Pil To Play Record Store Day Gig

Orbital and Public Image Limited have given the organisers of next week's (21Mar12) Record Store Day a big boost by signing up to headline a low-key London gig which will be streamed live online.
The two acts will hit the stage at the invite-only show on 19 March (12), which will air on Boiler Room TV via the Record Store Day website.
PiL frontman John Lydon admits he felt compelled to be part of the big day, which promotes independent record stores, stating, "The destruction of the music industry is because people can't buy records easily. A record is for life. A download is a lack of life."
