Once And One Man, Two Guvnors Win Big At Outer Critics Circle Awards
14 May 2012Once scooped prizes for Outstanding New Broadway Musical, Outstanding Director of a Musical (John Tiffany) and Outstanding Book of a Musical, while British comedian James Corden's critically-acclaimed show One Man, Two Guvnors picked up accolades for Outstanding New Broadway Play, Outstanding Director of a Play (Nicholas Hytner) and Outstanding Actor (Corden).
Also taking home honours were James Earl Jones for his supporting turn in Gore Vidal's The Best Man and veteran actor Danny Burstein for his leading role in Follies, which closed in January (12).
The 62nd annual Outer Critics Circle Awards winners were unveiled on Sunday (13May12) but the honours will be handed out on 24 May (12) at Sardi's Restaurant in New York.
