Octomom Cancels Stripping Show Over 'Crazy' Comments
Octomom, aka Nadya Suleman, has cancelled a scheduled performance at a Florida strip joint, because staff at the club have reportedly been insulting her. Octomom was set to strip at 'T's Lounge' in Palm Beach next month, but her representative Gina Rodriguez says they have now pulled out of a deal, reports TMZ.com.
Rodriguez said the deal was set to go ahead, until a local news interview with a club bartender aired. The man said Suleman had "a lot of mouths to feed so it was only a matter of time" [before she started stripping.] The bartender added, "She must be a little crazy, normal people don't have that many children". Sources tell TMZ.com that Suleman was also angry about a manager at the club insinuating that she might go "full nude and do lap dances" for the right price, on the night.
Suleman - who has fourteen children - has fallen on hard times recently, filing for bankruptcy this year. According to the New York Daily News, a judge in May tossed out the claim, saying documents she filed couldn't prove that she was unable to pay her $1 million debt. She will star in her first adult movie later this year, which reportedly "takes a humorous jab at her celeb status".
